Die Cad Group, Inc. provides design services using CATIA V5.  CATIA V5 was chosen based on its surfacing and modeling strengths, ease of customization as well as its OEM compatibility.

One of Die Cad Group, Inc.'s strengths lies in the ability to handle both small and large design packages.  By having all of the parts from one program or an entire transfer line in ones facility; our customers can expect a consistent product without the additional work and cost of coordinating multiple design sources.

Die Cad Group has extensive experience in designing cast construction dies.  We can work as a liaison between the pattern shop, foundry and our customers assisting with pattern release, pattern review and pattern buy off.

In order to remain competitive in a world market, Die Cad Group, Inc. has developed an American version of the Japanese "HYBRID" style die.  Incorporating fabricated or cast die sets, the extensive use of purchased components and the reduction of pieces allows us to produce a design that helps our customers build a die that reduces both cost and delivery times.
